First, in the actual production, in order to reduce the dust due to air leakage of crusher housing, the material is often watered at the entrance of the crusher when it is dry, which intensify the filter and paste bags of the baghouse and feeder blockage.

Second, in the fall, the material on the belt conveyor goes into a closed dust hood together with air. The dusty gas spread to the hood outside through the cracks of the cover wall and and openings. In addition, the precipitator almost has no effect on the dustfall of the lower belt conveyor whether it is in operation or not ,because the dust points are set incorrectly in the belt-corner.

Third, when the dust goes into the pipe of the precipitator, the elbow at the entrance of the pipe makes the system resistance increase. The elbow parts are susceptible to be worn and clogged by dust. The power consumption and mechanical maintenance workload will increase through the application of screw conveyor and sub-grid transport bag filter to trap the dust, which needs to demolish the grid round feeder. The flange of the feeder will leak the air to exacerbate air leakage of ash bucket over time. Fourth, since the bag type dust collector an intermittent cleaning system, the problem of air leakage in grid round should not be ignored. The dust hood of at the entrance of the crusher and the crusher cavity are difficult to form a slightly negative pressure which will cause much environment dust in the job.
