Improve the design of the crushing chamber:
The shape of the crushing chamber play an important role for production capacity power, consumption, lining life of the product particle size and shape, so the crushing chamber technology is also known as the core technology of the crusher. The main parameters of the crusher eccentricity and the eccentric sleeve speed are closely related to the shape of the crushing chamber.
The improvement measures of crushing chamber are mainly the following:
(1) shortening parallel area and increase the length of the broken area.
(2) change A straight line to fixed cone crushing surface connection line and curve link, that link points to stagger movable cone and fixed cone, reducing the possibility of blocking.
(3) change the existing cavity shaped by the two nip angle area to four nip angle area, improve the utilization of the entire cavity to avoid uneven wear.
(4) reduce current eccentricity by 15%.
(5) increase current eccentric sleeve speed by 10% -13%,improve yield.
