Belt conveyor, also called continuity conveyor, is a kind of machinery transporting materials in a certain line continuously. In recently, most of the quarry plant stone production line have the drawback of high energy, steel and material consumption. These factor have been account for 60% operation cost. Typically, the height of the material accumulation in the crushing cavity should be not more than 2/3 of the crushing chamber height. The diameter of the material block is preferably not more than 50% -60% of the width of the feed inlet. At this time, the production capacity of the jaw crusher is the highest. When the material block is greater, it will cause congestion and affect the normal production.
